YMCA Kosovo is only Organization in Kosovo that arranges discounts for youth through EURO 26 project. This project should help to overcome the poverty and prejudices that hinder the quality of life of young people in Kosovo, and should contribute to building a common European awareness and to the mobility of young people, both within as outside Kosovo. It encourages young people to make informed life choices, explore their world, culture, and play a full part as citizens of Europe in today's society. Also, it allows youth to use/buy services/products of large number of domestic and foreign companies, under the extremely affordable prices. All of these are opening doors for young people across the continent. YMCA Kosovo is promoting and developing Youth Card in cooperation with European Youth Card Association (EYCA) and its members. Euro<26 (www.euro26.org) are international, non-profit organizations and members of the European Youth Card Association (EYCA), which is founded 1987 with its headquarters in Budapest, Hungary. Today EYCA represents over 4.100.000 million young people from almost 40 European countries. A Euro<26 youth card is a personal card, available to young people under 26. It is valid one year and can be renewed each year until the holder reaches the age of 26 for price 5 Euro. Only for 1 year of working YMCA in Kosovo made 250 discounts in every Region and 40 discounts in Serbian communities of Kosovo. The number of partners/discounts is growing every day.
