EXCHANGE PROGRAMS
EXCHANGE PROGRAMS
is an
intercultural and international program that exchange youth to explore
diversity and the rights of minority and other youth in their social,
economic, health and cultural life in their country. YMCA Kosovo is an
co-operation and partnership with other international youth
organizations (huge World wide YMCA family, Euro 26 and International
Students Association, Volunteers for Europe and European Volunteer
Service...), regional youth structures and national affiliates organizes
workshops, training,
meetings
with business leaders and
international
visits.

Young people, by being brought into contact with
other cultures and other realities, can learn a lot from each
other and are able to discover and explore similarities and
differences between their cultures. Such an experience can help
combat negative prejudices and stereotypes.
In
addition, there will be Y- Leader Program designed to provide an
intensive study of applied economics, practical business skills,
entrepreneurship, leaderships and promote tolerance,
understanding, solidarity and cooperation among youth
irrespective of race, sex, language, religion or political
orientation.
