LEADERS CLUB
The Y-Leaders Club
develop leadership skills, create effective team building skills,
achieve a greater level of responsibility, learn effective and
persuasive communication, strengthen decision making skills and build
goals for the future. The mission of the leaders club consists of two
parts:

The first part was to build
the capacity of young YMCA Kosovo leaders for program and branch
development /2004
|
| |
|
The second part is the
strengthening of each branch and promotion of YMCA in all of
Kosovo through peace and integration activities.
|
| 2005, key leaders
of six YMCA Kosovo branches (Prishtina, Peja, Prizren, Gjilan
and Mitrovica) participated every month in workshops conducted
in Prishtina and focused on communication, leadership, health,
social, citizenship and fitness skills. |
