GENERAL TERMS AND
CONDITION
Article
1.
YMCA shall provide all tour services according to the
program. YMCA shall refund unrealized services, unless
the program is change in case of extremely bad weather
(for walking tours), low water level (cruises),
transport accident or damage, or for any other reason of
higher force i.e. any reasons beyond the provider's
control.
No refund, either in partial or in full,
for unused services of the tour by traveler.
Article
2.
YMCA shall not be liable for any delay, injuries,
illness, loss, theft, damage of any kind or cancellation
of travel documents, airlines, transport companies,
rejected visas, or any unforeseen circumstances
such as natural catastrophe - flooding, storm,
earthquake, etc , which is beyond our control. We
reserve the right to amend the tour itinerary if
necessary.
Article
3.
Any damage to property of any kind, caused by
traveler/customer is solely his/her responsibility and
shall cover all cost of any action or damage done by
him/her.
Article
4.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
In case of alterations or fluctuations in fares, hotel
tariffs or other items booked on behalf of participants,
these costs will be to the participants account. If
changes in price are higher than 10 % of package,
participants has right to cancel travel with full refund
of deposit.
Article
5.
YMCA may use for tour transport own bus Neoplan N122
Double Decker (473 KS 835), and any other transportation
according to standards and International Traffic Rules.
Two professional drivers shall perform duties according
to the YMCA contract and report to the Tour Leader and
Director.
Article
6.
The YMCA Director shall select for each transport a
Leader who is in charge to manage tour. The Tour Leader
has responsibility and accountability for preparing and
realizing tour according to the program, organize and
control the group, and assist drivers to get in right
route and schedule. The Tour Leader shall report to the
YMCA Director.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Article
7.
Upon package confirmation, a 30% deposit is requested in
order to guarantee your reservation. The deposit is
non-refundable if the participants cancel the package on
their own. The visa and insurance fees are not
refundable. The deposit for visa rejected travelers will
be refund in total.
Article
8.
The 70% remaining balance should be paid at least 10
days before the tour start.
The cancellations received with less than
10 days before the beginning of the tour will have a
penalty charge of 50% of the package.
The cancellations received on the
departure day and no show, will not be reimbursement. |
